Why do "they" use two different types of screws? Are philip's head screws supposed to be more secure? Are flat-head screws somehow more soothing?

But this is spoken like someone who has recently moved and bought furniture. :)
I think people just like screws.
Girl, you KNOW I have no answer for that one. I'm doing well to recognize that there's a difference.
Go to Wikipedia. Look up screw. Scroll down to Types of Screw Drive. You will be amazed.
